Emerald - Compman now showing 5 divisions for O35s. Choose the Division and then use the TEAMS dropdown. It'll show you the teams in that division. (Thanks for the heads up Paris) Compman only has U14 and U16 girls teams showing. What am I missing? |

Stopper. On the draw page just choose o35 and div 2 then use the team drop down - it only shows the teams for that div.

So is the para team the div 1 team from last year (finished 6th), the div 2 team (who finished 2nd), a combination of both, or a new team altogether?
Unless it is the last how are they possibly in Div 2?

First Round Predictions
Lidcombe 2 - Ermington 1 in the lunchtime kickoff. Lidcombe's off season signing Ronald(o) should be the difference
Pendo 1 - Kellyville 0. Pendo should be too strong and must be one of the early season favourites.
Winsto 2 - Wenty 1. Home ground should help us even though we have a few key players making an early start on the esky
Parra City 0 - Auburn 0. Only because I know nothing of either team.
Who else has the inside scoop for this year?

Winsto v Wenty. Early comedy goal to a ten man Wenty, then great team effort from the Winsto boys to win the last 79 minutes 6-0. Could have been ten, myself guilty of what will surely be miss of the season, even at this early stage! One sending off for Wenty, and one of our guys off to hospital by ambulance with a knackered ankle. Great to have a ref, might be the last one we see this season.
All jolly good fun in the sun!

Ville 3-1 Pendo. Except for one ridiculous tackle, game played in good spirits, with a young lad stepping in to ref who did really well
Ville bossed the game for most of the 80 mins. Pendo always dangerous on the break
Very nice new strips at Pendo!!!!! And the pitch was fantastic

And the pitch was fantastic Saw most of second half and Kellyville played well,much stronger than last year,got a couple of very good midfielders who controlled the game. Strip gettting much more positive than negative feedback which is good...as for the pitches they were in good condition but won't be long before the bare patches appear. |

We have 3 players who were registered in Div 1, i said registered cause they didnt play too much last year. And before that these players all played Div 4 and 5. The rest are from last years Div 4 team. We expect to be competitive but will also lose a few players to overseas trips mid year and unfortunately many of our games clash with our sons games that we also coach.All in all should be a good year.
We had a good start with a 6-3 win over Auburn FC at Eric Primrose. No referee but Auburn FC spectator volunteered and did a good job. Natural whinging from both sides but thought the ref handled everything well. I think we play Kellyville this week at BMC.
Good Luck to all teams this year hope we all stay injury free and healthy.

Greece lost to the European powerweights of Faroe Island away and HOME haha so definitely not playing in Euro 16.

Ermington 4 - Lidcombe 0
A good win. Dominated the midfield and wore Lidcombe down. Would have probably scored 9 - 10 goals had it not been for the efforts of their right back. This bloke is one of the toughest defenders i have come across, with amazing speed. Not afraid to get dirty either took out two of our blokes with big shots.
Season looks promising and hoping we can continue the good start. The boys deserved their win in this heat. The Lidcombe ref was fair and in general Lidcombe seem to be pretty decent blokes.
