Okay, so all girls in the district who turn 12 or above next year have been emailed about Parramatta FC trials for girls in State League.
At least this is more proactive than things have been previously. Trials at McCoy Park... hopefully this is the training ground as well. Much better than Everley Park and more central than Rouse Hill (well picked number9)
No news on coaches which is a worry. I wonder if anyone applied (given that apparently ladyhawk coaches have gone across to Apia)?
To answer Holger, there is a lot of talent running around within the district already. For the 13s, last year's Greystanes and Kellyville teams were very good and there were a smattering of talented girls in some other teams who collectively struggled (one of the best girls in the district played in one of the bottom teams). The 15s could be strong if the best of Baulko, Kellyville and Pendo get together, Also last year's Kellyville 16s could lead to a strong 17s team.
You might also find some girls from Blacktown association showing up (so, those that aren't up to PL1 standard for the Spartans).
