That's right, the rule is no card no play (except for early rounds of each season until Assoc informs all that cards are needed).
The point I was making is that the ref does not get involved in ID checking. All ref needs to check is that the shirt numbers on the team sheet match players on the field, from my experience as a ref you usually only pick up a mistake when you card someone, then notice that their shirt number is not on the team sheet!
I just got told that the U21's round 3 games for the 26th were put on the Granville site yesterday and now when I looked there round 3 is gone again, what is Granville doing with less then 2 weeks to go how are people going to organise teams to play then?

Well it would seem amazing that the world has not ended and the sky has not fallen in and Granville have sorted for the most part the draw, sure the Anzac weekend will be tough, but I'm sure it'll run smoothly, well done Granville, if we listened to the noisy minority we may never have played a game!
