If somebody in the wide world of football could assist me with my query it would be appreciated. As you know, round 14 was washed out. Prior to the weekend the team that my team was playing forfeited the match. The result was posted on the GDSFA website and we were allocated the three points. This week this result has been removed and the match has been scheduled for this Sunday. Does anybody know the rules on if a team has forfeited a game whether this should remain even if the round was washed out? Many thanks!

Not sure on the rule but I would think the forfeit takes effect as soon as kick off time has passed. As the round was washed out kick off time didn't eventuate. Good fortune to your opposition and bad luck for you. I wonder how many other instances this happened as that was in middle of school hols as well.
A team I coached either last year or the year before had the opposite happen. We gave early notice of the forfeit to be good citizens, only to have the round washout and rescheduled, except that the forfeit stood. It cost us in terms of finals.
