These would be the answers if the ball was going out before it was stopped
A. The kicker is the keeper and the ball is stopped by his foot. IFK to the opposition for kicker touching the ball again after the goal kick before it touches anyone else. IFK to be taken from where the infringement was or 6yard line.
B. The kicker is the keeper and the ball is stopped by his hand. As with A
C. The kicker is NOT the keeper and the ball is stopped by his foot. As with A, or B
D. The kicker is NOT the keeper and the ball is stopped by his hand. Penalty kick to the opposition as a deliberate handball is the greater punishment compared to A, B or C.
Now since the question says it was stopped before it entered the goal, then “denying a goal or an obvious goal scoring opportunity” comes into it. The restarts will be the same but according to LOTG, in case D a red card must also be issued. In short if an obvious goal or goal scoring opportunity is denied for a DFK offence, then a red card must be issued.
How did I go . I’m not so sure about the DOGSO part but I’m confident about the rest.
