There never was any St Michaels 10's. We are running teams in 7, 8 & 9. It was a draft draw that was released and has been fixed now. No-one dropped out - St John's Auburn has been added to Auburn District "C", Ermington United "B", Pendle Hill "F", Rouse Hill Rams "C", Toongabbie "D", Wenty Waratah "C", Winston Hills "K" & "L". Good luck fellas!

I thought it was Pendo 6 Winsto Wht 0. Winsto have a lot of work to do learning eachother's games. Defence was very disorganised for most of the game. Still, not a bad resul;t, considering that the Pendo team is mostly 21/1 and Senior 1 from a year or 2 ago. Senior 10???
thanks for the compliments swin, i think having 3 trail games really helped the boys get there passing game sorted. alot of good talk and postional runs made the boys loook very organised. not getting to ahead of ourselves just yet tho just taking it game by game.
as for our squad, basicaly same team we have had in 9's and 10s for last 3 years, afew of those boys have played higher grades afew yrs ago. as for our ring ins just 4 new boys including a keeper for this yr. basicaly just a bunch of mates who love the game and the party after hence why we are in lower grades.
haha yeah that is true bronx, when its winsto vs pendo you are never 100% sure what the final outcome will be. alot of unknown teams is true, should be intresting to play them and see how it goes. very happy to get a ref and even 2 linesman. ref did well considering i heard it was his first game on the job, linesman were young and on the ball. thank you granville hope to see a black and white at as many games as possible. hope the respect campain works.

Winsto Wht 4 def Ermington 2
Winsto Blk 2 def Rouse Hill 1
Was a tough game, Rouse Hill look a lot better than when we played them last year. They had a lot more chances than we did but lacked a bit of quality up front. Their goal came from a handball in the box. You could tell it was our first hit out of the year, plenty of people getting caught out of position and a heck of a lot of shanks. Good to start with a win though...
wasnt the prettyiest game of soccer ull ever see but the boys dug deep and came away with the points some good defence and excellent keeping kept us in the game thanks to the 2 volenteer refs for doing the game. good to get the clean sheet again and score some goals.

Cheers Sneaky, well done on a solid start to the season.
I don't suppose you guys found out the Round 1 result between St Johns and Auburn District?
I have a mate who lives near Girraween park who came to watch us, I asked if he could stop in on the Auburn vs Toonie game. He informs me it was a 2-2 draw. Sounds as though just about every game was quite scrappy. To be expected at this early stage I guess.
