Auburn 3 v Toonie 1: Took the lead early then conceded 2 soft goals (2nd was a pen) the 3rd caught us on the break, very sluggish again today and just reacted to slowly. Have to say if Auburn get a tough ref to do their games they will not finish with 11 on the field everytime, even up 3-1 they still wanted to hack and punch on just ridiculous.
The ground is horrendous some spots could pass for long jump pits, it almost made me feel happy to be injured just so I didnt have to play on it.

Doug, Bad luck today mate. I know exactly what you are saying on both counts. Their ground is shocking!!! Those guys will definately see red cards before end of season. When we were playing them the ref was talking to them in their language - trying to calm them down and talk them through decisions. I hope they get some more difficult refs.
Tips for round 4. Our hearing is on tomorrow night so assuming all matches are on this week:
Greystanes 2 v Kellyville 4: We always seem to take 10 minutes to get going and usually leak an early goal. Probably be a little rusty from lack of football in the past few weeks.
Dundas 4 - St. Micks 0: Still do not know what either of these teams are like.
Toongabbie 3 - CH 0 : Have a feeling that Castle Hill may be under strength from losing at least 2 players for an extended stretch. The long kick and chase game may get found out.
Winsto 2 - Grapes 1: Tough match to pick but I think winsto will come away with home ground advantage. The pace of the guildford team won't be helped by the motorcross track in the centre of the pitch.
Cheers HW should make my return vs KV once the injury has been tested out at training. The boys will pull out the win this week im very confident, BB got his 1st game out of the way last week and played well so expecting a big perfromance from him this week.
Have to say the player suspensions are very soft an unregistered player who played last year got a bigger suspension than players who basically commited assualt, very very weak by the MC on that front.
Table looks like this with KV and CH always playing 1 less game.
