Just came back from Binalong Oval after marking the fields ready for tomorrow. The fields are looking good for tomorrow. a bit heavy in some parts on fields 2 - 3 but are ok to play on and if this wind keeps up will help dry the fields even more.
Be interesting to know what time Parra Council will inspect Binalong Oval if there going to update by 7am. Again good luck everyone

Been away from the forum for a couple of days and cant believe how it's grown. Welcome all new & returning members (red card, did you get your wall yet) ;D
We eventually played our trial on Tuesday against WPH, went down 1-0 (penalty), played in pouring rain(now that was an experience not many kids will ever have) but the kids still played a some decent football (or was it soccer). We are still battling to maintain possession, but this gives us something to work on at training.
Tips for tomorrow's games, good luck to all.
WH (2) v PH Tigers (1) Sorry OT Baulko (2) v CHU (4) Kolts (1, if were lucky) v Stanes (0) Parra City (4) v Dunnies (1)

curveball, Thats a short report on the game ae you a bit disappointed with CH Utd performance or did Baulko deserved there win. Pendo first half wasn't that good, winsto did play play with passion but a silly push in the penalty area resulted in a penalty in the first just before half time, which Pendo scored. Second half Pendo lifted there game and scored early in second half and should have scored a few more goals. Heard Parra City won 4-2 against Dundas. Dundas was leading 2 nill at one stage. Maybe the old Parra City are bouncing back, time will tell.

OT, i apologise, Pendo came up with the goods today, well done. I thought Winsto had quite a good side from the trials i saw them in.
KK obviously haven't overcome issue with Greystanes, last year we had 2 draws, seems like we are keeping up our reputation. To say the least, we were lucky to come away with a draw today. final score 2-2 (RedCard, you jinxed us)

Always a close game between these 2 teams Pendo & CH Utd. Last season though CH Utd had the wood on Pendo, but this season could be different time will tell on, roll on saturday. AS mentioned in previous post this comp has alway been close right to the last few rounds.

Well done Pendo on your win (1 nil) against CH Utd. The first half CH Utd was maybe the better team but in the second half the Pendo pride showed as the game continued. So after a full 50 minutes of soccer Pendo finished on top in the end.
Good to see Baulko there to check out Pendo. Looking forward to the game next week Baulko vs Pendo.
Yes i noticed you were there watching in the background Kaiser Chief. Hope you enjoyed the game as much as i did.
