Esky I hope your not confusing me with oneleg, although after some of the comments you made post match on the weekend i'm sure you don't watch our games, i don't even think you know whos in our team these days. I guess you'll be using the heat excuse and the fact that the opposition cleaned out the esky before you got to your second bevvy. sad, sad, sad
Hey Mccoist, looking forward to locking horns again this weekend. Are your pitches open as they seem to be closed on the website. We're itching to go as we're fatter, older and uglier than last year. A couple of new players in and a couple out. Pretty much the same though. You guys got the numbers this year?
So Winsto W have depleted a bit, eh... interesting. We face Winsto B the following week and then get Easter off to nurse the injuries.
Alltape, WRT to the Winsto White Side, that's the rumor. A bit more goss from behind a tree at Max Ruddock was that the goal keeper role was going to be rotated game by game throughout the side due to the loss of their keeper. STOP PRESS!!! from my spy in the Bear pit I am told that the Whites have recruited a bit of talent to replace their losses and may deliver some suprises this year.
Well since no one else is going to predicted how the older than old farts are going to fare this weekend I may as well lead the way;
The local derby, Winsto Black V Winsto White. This battle always brings with it much interest and worry from Ambulance drivers. Based on last years performance, the loss of players both sides have suffered, I feel that the Blacks will take this one out 3-0, Auburn V Pendo. This game will be played on the petrified rough ocean, which is Webbs Ave, add to the mix that Auburn tend to play with more then 11 players at any given time and that Auburn may have recruited well during the off season may test the Champs, but I feel that Pendo will overcome all noted and take this one 2-1. Stanes V Baulko. Even though this will be played on, some say, a better ground then Bathurst St (would not be hard) I feel that Baulko will take this away 3-0. Nth Rocks V The Ville. The Ville come on strong towards the end of last season, and not knowing the strengths or abilities of the No Frocks I will call this one a draw - 1-1.
Good luck to all ;D
