And while your there they are also at fault for the hole in the ozone layer which in turn is causing severe sunburn to the hermit crab catchers on the Myall Lakes. Who i also hear are not happy as they are spending 67% of their weekly earnings on sun block.
only two fields remain closed in the entire hills council area. one of those happens to be ted horwood no.4 so no catch-up game between baulko and greystanes tonight. there must be a conspiracy happening somewhere!
have to say, chu whites can rightly consider themselves unlucky to have lost but, after luck deserted them last week, greystanes are happy to take the 3 points. chu started with 10 and did a good job of controlling large chunks of the opening 20 or so minutes. a nice passing move saw greystanes take the lead, largely against the run of play, which got them into the game at last. chu then got their numbers up to the full quota and were subsequently buoyed by a fine long range blast on the turn to level the score.
second half was largely even until greystanes went ahead with another long range drive, but then chu came back with a vengeance. greystanes' 'keeper ended up man of the match with a string of point blank saves (and the greystanes woodwork played it's part).
as nextgenref said, was a hard fought game in good spirits, other than an outbreak 5 minutes before time.

yep ajebec, it's a funny old game sometimes... after our run this season we are pretty disappointed to have come out of today with nothing... we certainly had the chances to have put the game to bed today but if you don't score you don't win. Sounds like last week was the same with you so hopefully we can round it off next week and get one over on the Dunnies...
Mind you I'm going to get Granville up to Bathurst St this week to measure your crossbars cos I'm sure they are double the width they should be! Your keeper also showed his class this week and was the difference.
