I wanted all clubs to put a poposal to Granville for changing the eligibility for borrowing players for the O/35's & O/45's. I have been told there was a proposal already in for O/45's borrowing from O/35's but my proposal goes further to what it should be. The O35 div7 & O45 cannot borrow any players, do they have to register 25? so they can field a team. OVER 35 is OVER 35 & OVER 45 is OVER 45. It should not matter which team they play in. They should be eligible to fill in.
Proposal 1:- If a player is over 35 years of age he or she is eligible to play in an O/35 team. This is so players registered in an All Age team can help when an O/35 team is short of players, so the team dose not play short causing exhaustion & injuries or play with injured players just to make up the numbers. Over 35 is over 35! If the divisional rule has to be bought in thats OK. ie O/35 div7 can only borrow from AA div7 down.
Proposal 2:- If a player is over 45 years of age he is eligible to play in an O/45 team. This is so players registered in an All Age or O/35 team can help when an O/45 team is short of players, so the team dose not play short causing exhaustion & injuries or play with injured players just to make up the numbers. Over 45 is over 45!
Too many teams are playing short & this is causing injuries & the injured players are playing to make up the numbers causing longer term injuries.
Winnies v Rouse Winnies will be out for revenge and will be close 2-2
Ermo v Dunnies Dunnies will be looking to get going again and Ermo after revenge Dunnies too good on bigger field No 9 too run rampant Dunnies by4
Kelly v No Frocks
NR are the team to beat and will beat Kelly on the big field at Bernie by 5 Rocks to quick up front
We have the Bye and will be having a secret striker training drill for the now 9 strikers we have (they all think they can shoot but the net is safe at Crestwood for the moment)Ali B is our only decent striker but the jury is still out on his penalty taking
Rams 3 - Winsto 0 (providing our keeper behaves himself) Ermo 2 - Dunnies 2 (2115 will be conducting from the technical box to avoid a repeat of round 1) Rocks 3 - Kelly 1 (Rocks make a few good plays up front and No 14 too fast for KV)
Ermo 4-1 Rocks,an excellent result for Ermo, well done boys.Game played in good spirit and a a job well done by the 3 officials. Here's hoping the few aches/pains/knocks recover in time for Monday's clash at home against Mick's.
Goal scored by a free kick and both teams had plenty of chances!
Game was played with plenty of spirit and the much talked about number 9 played his usual game and left the field with yet another groin injury! Hope you get better mate for the game on Monday and Saturday!
Winsto to do it the easy way this week with the full six points from Monday and Saturday whilst enjoying a beer at The Winsto.
Good luck guys and we should see a much different table after next Saturday!
Yet another draw with Kelly same as first game They scored early and 1-1 at HT and the second half just a stalemate.
Creepy were you there yesterdayHas the bubble burst for the rocks Good result for the Elmos See them Monday
Good guys at Kelly except for the white haired whinging pom at left back He loves the sound of his own voice and gives it to refs Both games he has not shut up Maybe he should retire that would be a bonus for all Just no need for his carry on

Well Slowfox, your name says it all ... slow or slower... some of your players should read the rules of playing O35s, no - slide tackling, or maybe it’s because your “too slow”. If you don’t understand the rules maybe you should sit back and have a few beers and watch Kellyville getting to the finals! Otherwise, good game St Mick’s, see you next year when the white haired whinging pom turns 55 and still out foxing - Slowfox! No hard feeling - I'll have a beer with you next time we play! Enjoy the rest of the season! Cheers "The white haired whinging pom"

Slowfox, Yes “The Kolts” have a voice, so “Slow” fox you’ll better start training now, as this old fox at 51 took Kellyville Kolts 35/5s to undefeated Premiers and Grand Champions in 2008, isn’t planning to hang his boots up yet, and has plans to out fox St Micks during our 3rd game.
