Rod what's the go with pennant hills? Beat by a div 2 side in bankstown...Can't really talk much about ghfa... And can you confirm if pumas won? I think you might find the results wrong and they went down 5-4 on pens not 100% on that though.
Answered my own questions.............................

went past Penno soccer centre and it was a quagmire of mud n puddles this morning. yet on the ovals above them, Aussie rules and Union were being played. The Aussie rules was a very wet n dirty track as well. the top oval where the union was being played looked ggod
Good pitch at Blacktown Football Park. Watched Doonside Prems v Arncliffe after Parklea with Doonside getting away with a 3-2 win scoring to win with three minutes remaining...
That was a bit of surprise as they were down 1-0 when I left and looked to be in trouble. I know this is the GDSFA forum but 2 BDSFA and possibly 3 depending on the Ponds result in the final 8 is not bad
Watched the 2x state cup games at Blacktown today and all i can say is "Brilliant" Both Parklea and Doonside looked very impressive Both sides look very good and some of the best standard of football i have seen for a number of year in the premiere league comp Didn't think anyone would even come close to the GHFA until now
Parklea have some quality players who have played state league incl the holding midfielder who has played YL and the past 2 years state super league 20's. Also one of their key midfielders missed the game today. Great to watch play on that pitch as they can knock the ball around with confidence.
